After the opening games in Senior Two, title favourites Down and Campbellians are not among the pacesetters.
Down surprisingly lost to Parkview, while Campbellians couldn't defeat Saintfield at The Demesne. Down travelled with nine men as a number of players were unavailable for one reason or another.
Parkview peppered the visitors goal in the opening minutes forcing 'keeper Mark Johnston to make a number of important saves but he was powerless from preventing Peter Riddell giving the home side the lead in the sixth minute.
Two minutes later Paul Tate set up Mark Graham at the other end, but he fluffed the chance before Johnston saved again from Riddell three minutes later.
Johnston was in the thick of the action at this stage and produced three great saves in as many minutes before John Young scored to give Parkview a 2-0 lead in the 19th minute.
Five minutes before the break Mark Elliott scored after a short corner shot from Tate was saved and from two other short corners in the closing minutes of the half, Parkview 'keeper, Stephen McKeown, denied Down with two good saves.
In the second period, James Greer scored within two minutes of the restart and four minutes later scored his second of the afternoon when he found himself in oceans of space.
Gavin Ringland fired wide from a short corner in the 50th minute and five minutes later a rasping shot from Tate caught a Parkview player in the face.
Elliott popped up to make it 5-2 but it was too little too late. If Down had had a full team on the pitch it certainly would have made a difference and they will be hoping they can choose from a full squad ahead of this Friday night's derby against Saintfield at the Comber Leisure Centre.
